BORN TO BUILD

For over 15 years we served the upstate New York area shaping and honing our craft. We relocated to South West Florida in the spring of 2023. Our President, Robert DiPinto spent years studying under master craftsmen learning all aspects of the industry from site development to fine carpentry and is a licensed building contractor (lic.#cbc1267556). It all started with a vision. With countless hours and the laws of attraction our vision for the company became a reality. We accomplished numerous high end renovations, flips, new construction, and commercial build-outs. Our desire to maintain quality craftsmanship has always been the focal point of the company. Having the ability to build a relationship and trust with our clients shows our dedication and reliability not just to their future project, home, or business but to the entire construction industry.

The process begins with an initial consultation between the client and the general contractor. During this meeting, the client discusses their project requirements, goals, and budget with the contractor. The contractor assesses the scope of work, conducts site visits if necessary, and gathers essential information to understand the project's specifics.

CONSULTATION

Based on the initial consultation and assessment, the contractor prepares a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, costs, materials, and any other relevant details. The proposal is presented to the client for review and discussion. Adjustments may be made based on client feedback. Once both parties agree on the terms, a formal agreement or contract is signed, outlining the responsibilities of both the client and the contractor, as well as the payment schedule.

PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT

With the agreement in place, the contractor begins the planning and design phase of the project. This may involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to develop detailed plans and blueprints. The contractor ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained from local authorities before proceeding with the construction phase

PLANNING & DESIGN

Once the planning and design phase is complete and all necessary permits are obtained, the construction phase begins. The contractor manages all aspects of the construction process, including hiring subcontractors, ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and overseeing the work to ensure quality and compliance with building codes and regulations. Regular communication between the contractor and the client keeps them informed of the project's progress and any potential issues that arise.

EXECUTION & BUILD

Throughout the construction process, the contractor conducts quality assurance checks to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards. Upon completion of the construction phase, thorough testing and inspections are conducted to verify that all systems and components are functioning correctly and meet the client's expectations.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Once the project is finished and the client is satisfied with the results, the contractor conducts a final walkthrough to address any remaining issues or concerns. The contractor provides the client with all necessary documentation, including warranties, manuals, and maintenance instructions for the completed project.

Follow-up communication may occur after the project handover to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any post-construction issues that may arise.

This six-step process provides a structured framework for delivering high-quality general contracting services while ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout each stage of the project.
